Every cartridge thrown into landfills costs money, as well as hurts the environment. Even a cartridge, recycled through standard recycling efforts must be 'reclaimed' through a costly and energy consuming process. Remanufactured cartridges are restored without ever entering any waste stream, meaning substantial savings for all concerned.

Remanufacturing technology is so precise that remanufactured cartridges often exceed the original equipment manufacturer's (OEM) standards. More than 4,000 tons of plastic and metal are saved from Canadian landfills every year as a result of cartridge remanufacturing. It's staggering to think that the plastic used in each printer cartridge takes more than two hundred years to decompose.

We strongly suggest refurbishing printers as opposed to buying new ones.
